A connector partner embeds the licensed receivables management of incaseof.law directly into its own software. That partner’s customers hand over open claims from the interface they already work in, with no media break. Live in production are ibana for accounting and WinChim as industry software.
Through the partner programme. Software vendors, tax advisers, law firms and associations embed incaseof.law in their product or recommend it within their network and receive a recurring revenue share. The models, the terms and the sign-up form are on the partner programme page.
Yes. incaseof.law holds a trade licence as a debt collection institute in Austria and is entered in the trade register under GISA number 32140156, and in Germany in the legal services register under number 2024 0000 8388. In 2023 the Austrian Supreme Court confirmed that this digital, AI-supported model is legally permissible.
The technology and the growth of incaseof.law are supported by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency FFG, by Wirtschaftsagentur Wien and by Austria Wirtschaftsservice aws. All three are recognised innovation funding agencies of the Republic of Austria.
No contract, no minimum volume, no cost for creditors. The principal claim stays with the creditor in full, and the defaulting debtor bears the default costs. Which amounts apply in an individual case is set out on the debt collection costs page.
