The idea for incaseof.law came from first-hand experience: as General Counsel and Managing Director, founder Dr. Maximilian Kindler saw how cumbersome and customer-unfriendly the collection of unpaid invoices was. Since then incaseof.law has worked to digitise and automate those steps: today the collection of unpaid invoices runs in three digital steps, from the handover of the claim to the payout. We are building an environment where people enjoy working and grow together.
